Shipping is free on orders of $45.00 or more
Overnight shipping is $17.50 and orders must be placed prior to 11:00am PST to guarantee next-day deliver
All Poken orders are shipped within 1 business day from the date the order is placed via USPS Priority Mail.
The USPS guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Poken Page will honor returns or exchanges for any un-open Poken in original packaging within 10 days of shipment date. We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges on returns or exchanges. Customized Poken are final sales and non-refundable. To request a return or exchange, items must be un-open and in original packaging. We will not issue a refund or exchange for merchandise that is returned more than 10 days after shipment. We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we shipped you the wrong item, or the merchandise was damaged when you received it from us. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
To return or exchange a Poken:
- Contact Us with reason for return
- You will receive a reply with an authorization code and address for returns
- Ship your Poken
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for the credit to be processed If you received the wrong item or damaged merchandise, we will exchange it at no extra shipping cost to you or refund the price you paid plus shipping.
